CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

1. Scope and Company Identity This policy covers all digital services, online consultations, live classes, and membership systems (Flex, Academy, and Kökler) offered by Yosomind LLC, a company headquartered in Wyoming, USA.

2. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal All membership packages (monthly, 6-month, and annual) offered under Yosomind automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle. To prevent billing for the subsequent cycle, members must personally complete the cancellation process via the Simplee Membership dashboard at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date.

3. Prorated Refunds and Subscription Cancellations Prorated refunds are excluded from our services upon the cancellation of monthly or prepaid (6-month and annual) membership packages. Upon cancellation, the member retains access to digital content until the final day of the current billing cycle. Access permanently terminates upon the completion of the respective billing cycle.

4. Access to Digital Content and Forfeiture of Refund Rights For all purchased digital services and membership packages, the "Initial Log-in" action into the system using a personalized password constitutes the legal commencement of access to the content. The legal right of withdrawal and refund becomes entirely void at the exact moment of this initial log-in.

5. European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal Exception Users residing within the European Union legally confirm their immediate access to digital content upon completing the purchase and executing their initial log-in. This confirmation signifies a complete waiver of the 14-day right of withdrawal stipulated by EU regulations.

6. Online Consultations and Live Classes Full refunds apply to cancellation requests submitted to info@yosomind.com at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session or live class time (referenced to GMT+3, Istanbul time). Cancellation requests submitted less than 48 hours before the session, or unexcused absences, fall entirely outside the scope of refunds.

7. Unjustified Chargebacks and Legal Rights Initiating an unjustified chargeback directly through a bank, instead of contacting our company via info@yosomind.com to seek a resolution, constitutes a direct violation of our Terms of Service. In such events, Yosomind LLC reserves the right to pursue all legal remedies to recover financial damages, and the relevant user's access to the platform will be permanently suspended.

8. Refund Process and Operation For approved refund requests, the reimbursement is automatically processed back to the original payment method (via Stripe) within 10 business days following the approval date. Depending on standard banking procedures, the reflection of the funds in the account may require additional time.
