Following the successful review and approval of your payment transaction by the Stripe and Shopify security infrastructures, the digital delivery process is automatically activated by the system.
Section 3 - Legal Moment of Delivery by Service Category
Depending on the nature of the product you purchased, the exact moments of legal delivery are as follows:

Membership Systems (Flex, Academy, Kökler): Following the purchase, your Yosomind account is instantly activated. The act of performing your "Initial Log-in" to the Yosomind Platform using your designated email and password constitutes the legal moment of delivery.

Downloadable Digital Products (PDFs and Documents): Following your order, your digital access link is routed to your email address by the system. Clicking the provided link or saving the digital file to your own device signifies the completion of the delivery.

One-on-One Consultation Sessions and Live Workshops: Once your reservation scheduling is finalized, the participation link for our online meeting infrastructure (Zoom) is officially transmitted to your email address. This moment of transmission represents the legal delivery of the service.
Section 4 - User Communication Declaration and Support Process
The responsibility to declare a current, complete, and valid email address on the order creation screen belongs personally to the user. Legal responsibility for access delays arising from incorrect address declarations or the security filters of individual email providers (e.g., routing to Spam/Junk folders) lies entirely with the user.
