A 75-minute online one-on-one session under the guidance of Elif Gökçe. The session consists of a 30-minute Yin Yoga flow to prepare the body, followed by a 30-minute Yoga Nidra (NSDR) protocol, and concludes with intention setting and a closing conversation. It is a biological and spiritual rest session focused on transitioning the nervous system from sympathetic (alarm) mode to parasympathetic (restoration) mode.
